Q: What is the role of your country in the equilibriums of the World?
A: My country is quite small, so it’s role is not very big. But I believe that all the countries can somehow affect the equilibriums of the World, so everyone of them is important.

“Our “Artist of the Month” display is a traveling exhibition from Fermata Arts Foundation. This collection of over two-dozen drawings comes all the way from a school in Pärnu, Estonia!

The school — Pärnu Sütevaka Humanitaargümnaasium — was founded in 1990 by the Sütevaka Society, a group of young intellectuals wishing to offer an alternative to the outdated Soviet educational system. The school is the first private high school established in Estonia after it regained its independence. The student artists range in age from 12-18.

The drawings will be on our walls for the month of July, so come down and have a look!”

“Saw these yesterday throughout the library.
They are beautiful – such talent!
Thank you for brining them to us!”
